Returns & Refunds

We hope you enjoy your Forest & Firth purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return the item to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A £4.95 return fee is applicable on all returns, which will be deducted from your refund total. In addition, please note, if you have paid for any non-standard (expedited) delivery fee at the time of placing your order, this will not be refunded. 

All goods including the branded box packaging / dust bag must be in a new and unused condition, and accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation for us to process the return. Returned items which are not in a new and unused condition will not be refunded. This does not affect your right to return faulty or incorrect items. 

If you have received an incorrect item, or an item with a manufacturing fault, please fill out your return request via the Returns Portal and we will help you with an exchange or a full refund. 

For eligible returns, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 14 business days after we receive your returned item. 

Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for your refund to reflect on your card statement.

Note that the return item must be received by us within the 30 day return window in order to be eligible for a refund. We therefore suggest you allow enough transit time to ensure a timely return.

How to submit a return request

1. Follow the Start a Return link to navigate to the Returns Portal.
2. Login to the Returns Portal using your Order Number and your email address.
3. Select the order that you want to submit a return for.
4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason and input details and images where applicable.
6. Submit your return request.
7. If your return request is approved, and requires shipping, you will receive an email with the shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 

Please do not ship your returns until your return request is approved and you have received a return shipping label from us.
