Delivery

Forest & Firth delivers across the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Gibraltar).

We offer the following shipping options: 

*For any order placed by 2 PM UK time from Monday to Friday. 
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not considered business days. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to BFPO, PO boxes, or Hotels at this time. 

If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, the courier will rearrange the delivery. You will be notified at the contact number/email provided by you during the checkout page.  

If your parcel shows as delivered on your parcel tracking link but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service team at care@forestandfirth.com within 5 business days from the tracking delivery date for us to investigate the issue. Claims raised after 5 business days will not be accepted.
